Story Times

 Part of our day will be spent reading, where, as a group we will share in story time and let the little imaginations rule the room.

 



Free Play

​ This is where your children will learn to share and play along with other kids while using their imaginations to go to far away places with princes and princesses or perhaps put on a fine production in the mini puppet theater. Which ever activity they choose, the goal is to stimulate the use of their ever expanding imaginations.

 

Arts and crafts

 What child doesn't enjoy painting, playdough and coloring. At the arts and crafts table, once again there are no ends to as far as their minds may explore.

 Seasonal arts and crafts for the Moms and Dads (I know I love those hand made gift and cards) to take home at those special times of the years.

 

Outdoor Activities

 

 Weather permitting we try to get out doors every day. Out side the day care there is lots of room for your growing kids to run and stretch their legs with our very large fully secure fully fenced back yard.

  Spring and summer are especially fun for us as we involve the children in growing our fruits and veggies gardens. They especially love it when they get to sample the products of their hard work. Strawberries, apples and rhubarb are among some of the sweet treats they will sample each year.

 

Field Trips

 

 We will take field trips from time to time, to such places as the Blue Heron reserve, the public library, or maybe just for a nice stroll down the Vedder trail.
